Gabriel came to us via referral from Zillow, and a gift from heaven we received. We were at the beginning unsure of whether to sell as is or make the repairs needed and hold out for premium price. Gabriel knew (or quickly became knowledgeable in) not only Florida but Pennsylvania (where we are relocating to) which gave us a wide picture of the marketing trends necessary to make an informed decision. We worried about dealing with an agent (though close to the property) some hours from us, Gabriel made the distance appear but a few yards away. Sat by awaiting municipal inspection when I couldn't break free. My sister and I were put in the unenviable task of having to sell our mother's condo after she passed away in November.
